Integrity and Responsible Governance in Medical Sciences

I work in the field of Science and Technology Studies (STS), with a particular focus on responsible governance in the medical sciences and beyond.

As our society increasingly relies on science and technology, including pharmaceutical and medical sciences, the responsibilities of scientists and other actors involved in science become more complex. 

While science should be subject to global governance, its social role differs across cultural contexts, which indicate the need for more nuanced understanding of scientists’ responsibilities.

My current research focuses on the role of 'integrity' in fulfilling these responsibilities, paying special attention to its cultural and social diversity.
