We conduct data analyses in the life sciences and other fields. Until recently, our works have mainly focused on Omics analyses, but I have also been working on analyses of medical claims big data. Originally, we specialized in the development of numerical optimization algorithms and their programming implementation. We now apply my expertise in optimization to network structure inference in Omics analyses, as well as our knowledge of optimal model selection to big data analytics.
