1902Tokyo Pharmaceutical School founded by Prof.Shigenobu Onda
1907Affiliation of the School with Tokyo Pharmaceutical School for Women,the first Women's Pharmaceutical School in Japan
1923Upgrading of the school to Meiji Pharmaceutical School
1949Upgrading of the School to Meiji College of Pharmacy
1957Establishment of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences on different campuses in Tokyo
1975Establishment of Graduate School (Master's course in Pharmaceutical sciences course)
1977Establishment of Doctoral course in Pharmaceutical Sciences course
1996Establishment of Clinical Pharmacy course in the Graduate School
1998Integration of two campuses in Kiyose City and renaming Meiji Pharmaceutical University
2002Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the university
2006Establishment of the Department of Pharmacy and Health Sciences(6-year course) and the Department of Life and Pharmaceutical Sciences(4-year course)
2009Completion of "Phronesis", the General Education and Research Building
2010Establishment of Life and Pharmaceutical Sciences Master's degree program in the Graduate School
2012Establishment of Pharmacy and Health Sciences 4-year Doctoral degree program, and Life and Pharmaceutical Sciences Doctoral degree program in the Graduate School
Holding a commemoration ceremony marking the university's 110th anniversary
